Tom took it apon himself to make phone calls to get the best deal. That’s never happened before anywhere. Shawonda and Tony made the handling of the loan paperwork very simple and were very friendly. He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and I never felt pressured to buy. I also interacted with Thomas, the showroom manager, and he was very helpful as well. This is the third Lexus I have bought from them and I can't recommend this place enough. You can't go wrong with them. I also use their service department and they are the best I've ever used. They repair the vehicles quickly and the work is always done right. The service staff is also very warm and friendly. More
