Excellent Car Leasing Experience Once Again I have leased 6 Lexus RX350s since 2005 with 5 being from Charles Barker Newport News. The folks there are kind and courteous and have always threated me well and made me feel like family. Each experience was better than the one before however my most recent experience was outstanding! My salesman has been Mohammad Mayassi of whom I now consider a friend. He explained everything I needed to know about each car as if it were my first lease. He has even shown up in the service Dept. to make sure that experience was also a good one. Mohammad has a customer for life in me. Thank you to Shawanda Massenburg for being totally professional and transparent during the business process. And a special thanks to the General Manager, Thomas Cahoon who greeted me by name and expressed his happiness for me. Most of all I want to express my gratitude to Tony Rutherford for putting me at ease during the entire process. Ease of buying a car. I have purchased many cars (20+) in my life time. This is the only dealership that I have bought two new cars over a six year period from in just a f I have purchased many cars (20+) in my life time. This is the only dealership that I have bought two new cars over a six year period from in just a few hours the day that I went shopping. I am very hard to deal with, and know what I am willing to pay when I am looking at each model. Most dealers are asking several thousand dollars over my what I am willing to pay and not willing to negotiate. If I keep going back they will eventually come to my price after many months. Mohamed Mayassi was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work with me on finding the right car at the right price. I would recommend them to anybody that is serious about buying a car. Their service department is excellent. More

Our Sales Consultant, Mohamad Mayassi, took excellent care of us. We felt very comfortable with his knowledge of the car and the sales process. He patiently showed us all of the car's features to make sure we understood the technology in the car. We tend to be technology challenged so he had to explain the options carefully and sometimes a couple times. No problems as he was sincerely happy to help us. He was with us through the entire buying prospect and eager to keep us updated on the purchase of the car. The financial portion of the purchase was seamless and without stress as well. Tony Rutherford, Sales Manager, was excellent in handling the financial paperwork for us. Again they took great pains to take the stress and anxiety out of the car buying process. Finally Thomas Cahoon, General Sales Manager, also went out his way to make sure the staff took great care of us..which they did! We highly recommend this dealership when buying your next Lexus.
