Had a wonderful experience finding my car After looking for a used Lexus for sometime I came across an ad for the exact model I was looking for. I was easily able to schedule a test drive and After looking for a used Lexus for sometime I came across an ad for the exact model I was looking for. I was easily able to schedule a test drive and was able to ask Mohamad many questions about the car. He was more than willing to go get an answer about something we were both uncertain about. There was no pressure applied to purchase the car that day. Purchasing the car was a very easy process. I had made financing arrangements so I brought that paperwork with me. Since I had brought my own financing my time in the finance office was relatively short. Shawanda was very pleasant to work with. I think we were out in just over an hour. I was impressed with my experience with the dealership as a whole. The facility was very nice and before I forget the detail job on the car was excellent. More

First time leasing a luxury car. We looked at the top 5 luxury SUVs in the area. Lexus was the final stop. All were good looking vehicles with all of the safety features we wanted. The other dealerships showed no interest in us as individuals. They left us feeling like a transaction that they needed to make their sales quota. Mohamad showed us the vehicles we wanted to see and at our pace. We told him we were just looking and gathering information. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel like we were taking up his time. We met Thomas and Tony, they both introduced themselves and wanted to assure us that they were there to help in any way that they could. We also met Shawanda in Finance who answered our questions concerning the lease process. When we left we felt like we had met people who we could trust. We were looking for a vehicle, but what we wanted most of all was a working relationship that we could depend on. We got that at Charles Barker Lexus. Thanks for the great experience!
