Great experience with no hassle We were looking for a used car and found a car that met our criteria on the Jeff Haas website. We contacted them by email, and got a call the next day We were looking for a used car and found a car that met our criteria on the Jeff Haas website. We contacted them by email, and got a call the next day. We arranged a time to see the car, and after we test drove, we were given a price that was fair without any mystery fees and matched the online price. It was a used car, and there was a stain on the front leather seat that we had a verbal agreement would be removed for us to buy the car. After the initial cleaning, the stain was lighter but still there. We had completed the paperwork and signed for the purchase at this point, but Mohamad assured us he would get it corrected. We brought the car back the following week, and they had a leather specialist completely remove the stain and the seat looked new. Very impressed with the follow-through on this detail. Throughout the car buying process I felt there was a commitment to making sure my experience was positive, and my requests were met. There was no attempts to upsell, with the exception of a run through of accessories, which we said no to all but front window tinting; again no real pressure. Every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and low pressure. They took care of the details and made the whole experience easy and hassle free. I'm especially impressed with the commitment to making things right without question. In addition to this we really like the Mazda CX-5! More

Was a joy buying my first car with these folks! I knew I wanted to buy a pre-owned SUV, but had never bought a car before (and by myself!). Not only was I most impressed by the selection of CX-5 ava I knew I wanted to buy a pre-owned SUV, but had never bought a car before (and by myself!). Not only was I most impressed by the selection of CX-5 available, but the friendly service I received throughout the whole process also made me feel more relaxed. When I first arrived, Mohamad Rahhal was there to shake hands, make me feel welcome, and help me find my next car. He was very patient and understanding in answering all my questions, allowing me time to think, and giving me space when I needed to make a phone call for extra support/advice from family and friends. He was also attentive via phone, email, and while I was around the dealership to help make sure things were going smoothly for me. Aaron Fuller in financing was also easy-going and friendly, so it was a pleasure to work with him too! All-in-all, buying from Jeff Haas Mazda was a great experience! I look forward to saying hello again when I return for my car’s regular maintenance needs. Thanks! More

Rude, unorganized, ridiculous. I doubt I could have been any less happy with trying to buy a used car here. Drove over an hour out of the way to find out the car I called about 3 ti I doubt I could have been any less happy with trying to buy a used car here. Drove over an hour out of the way to find out the car I called about 3 times was sold after being asked to come see it, and they had nothing comparable. Used car manager was RUDE and not willing to help and the sales person just as bad. I ended up getting a car (not the one I wanted and had more miles and was even more expensive) and only give them a 2 star because Kourtney in finance was great. Probably won't return to the used side and I do not recommend it to anyone. More
