Having a personal conversation with Markiss also was helpful and appreciated I waited until I had used the Ed Martin Toyota service dept for about a year before committing to shopping for a car there, as the service dept is where I will be frequenting for regular maintenance on my new 4Runner. Car shopping can be an exhausting and overwhelming experience, especially for first timers like myself. I was one of the fortunate ones to have Mohammed as my car salesperson. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy but instead listened to my needs, asked relevant questions and made sure i received everything I requested. 10/10 Excellent experience and customer service from the first phone call. I had to make a 9 hour round trip once I found the Tacoma I wanted.
