I had other experiences with Ed Martin dealership in the past when servicing my older car, and staff was helpful at that time as well. This time, sales representative, finance dept., and parts dept. were articulate and to the point about details I needed to know. I was given important gap and warranty coverage and good interest rate on a vehicle. Mohamed, sales consultant, assisted in returning items from my older Corolla to me that I forgot to remove. He also provided important details about transaction and new vehicle features I needed to know. The dealership, in general, seems to be very busy, and yet they operate in a very coordinated and expedient fashion. Parts department helped me with the pricing and breakdown of payment for the spare tire and jack to put in the trunk; Stephanie helped with recommendations to provide lien release to them for older car.
