My experience at Ed Martin Toyota was great! They made the process of me finding my used car super seamless and enjoyable. This was my first time buying a used car on my own (I’m in my early 20s) and I pr the process of me finding my used car super seamless and enjoyable. This was my first time buying a used car on my own (I’m in my early 20s) and I previously have felt very belittled and not taken seriously as a young 20 something female. But at Ed Martin I was taken seriously, treated with respect, and overall the process was fun, easy, and very pain free. Mohamed was excellent in letting me test drive the car, explained everything in detail (Carfax, service records, etc) and also made me feel very comfortable and informed in my decision. Financing my vehicle was easy as well, even though there is lots of paper work and things to signed— I felt that they were upfront and honest, but also to the point and direct and didn’t waste my time. I would 100% recommend buying a car from Ed Martin Toyota. They have a great sales time that was attentive, but not pushy and didn’t make me feel rushed in my decision. I originally went in to only test drive a car I was interested in, and 2 hours later I had it all financed snd papers signed and the keys in my hand driving away in my car!
