I’m Mohamed Rufai Sales Consultant for Germain Honda of Dublin. I joined the Germain team in 2017 with a background in sales along with automotive experience. My dedication to customer satisfaction begins with my initial customer contact and carries throughout your ownership. I believe in treating all our guests with respect. Born in Nairobi, Kenya in Africa I was raised in a few different states throughout the US. From New York to Atlanta GA and mainly Columbus, OH. I attended Franklin Heights HS and finished off my Jr and Sr years attending the Southwestern Career Academy in the automotive program. I have a special lady in my life as well as my daughter Kaliyah. I’m doubly blessed. In my free time, I love spending time with the ones who matter the most. When I find time to escape the day-to-day routine I head to my favorite vacation spot, Florida. I enjoy the clear water and white sands. I look forward to helping you find the perfect car.

Mohamed Rufai (sales) did an amazing job guiding me through the purchase process. He was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and he diligently worked with me to navigate the complexities of an through the purchase process. He was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and he diligently worked with me to navigate the complexities of an out of state purchase (I live in MA). I had never purchased a car out of state before and things got pretty complicated. I am so grateful for all of the help and hard work Mr. Rufai put into this process. He sent me updates regularly and even texted me pictures of my car when it arrived at the dealership! He understood the passion I have for driving right away and gave me great information about the Honda Civic Si. Mohamed Rufai and Ryan Ritos (finance) had their work cut out for them, coordinating with my insurance and making sure everything was in compliance for the road trip from OH to MA. I am so grateful for the extra hard work they did making sure that I had everything ready to hit the open road in my new car. Thank you guys! More

John was great helping us make a good decision about which Honda to purchase. We got an Odyssey Touring Elite. The whole team was great! The only thing I would change is during the Finance part they o which Honda to purchase. We got an Odyssey Touring Elite. The whole team was great! The only thing I would change is during the Finance part they offer various warranties. They did not have any written documentation - just the verbal description of the benefits. Having written brochures would be helpful. More
