I’m Mohamed Rufai Sales Consultant for Germain Honda of Dublin. I joined the Germain team in 2017 with a background in sales along with automotive experience. Born in Nairobi, Kenya in Africa I was raised in a few different states throughout the US. From New York to Atlanta GA and mainly Columbus, OH. I attended Franklin Heights HS and finished off my Jr and Sr years attending the Southwestern Career Academy in the automotive program. I have a special lady in my life as well as my daughter Kaliyah. I’m doubly blessed. In my free time, I love spending time with the ones who matter the most. When I find time to escape the day-to-day routine I head to my favorite vacation spot, Florida. I enjoy the clear water and white sands. I look forward to helping you find the perfect car.

Jheni was great! She showed us the used cars we were looking for and patiently brought multiple options for us to test drive. After 2 hours, we were a bit overwhelmed and went home to think and search s looking for and patiently brought multiple options for us to test drive. After 2 hours, we were a bit overwhelmed and went home to think and search some more. When we called back a few weeks later, she remembered us and helped us to find our dream car. Even after the sale Jheni has stayed in touch and helped us through the follow up appointments. We highly recommend Jheni and Germaine! More

Ryan Kennedy kindly assisted me with my service appointment for our Honda Civic on Monday morning, October 26, 2020. He explained what would be serviced and asked if there were any current problems appointment for our Honda Civic on Monday morning, October 26, 2020. He explained what would be serviced and asked if there were any current problems with our car. Although, it was not a problem, I mentioned that the windshield wiper fluid was low. He said it would be filled and made a note to have the fluid level checked and filled. Ryan directed me to the lounge and told me when to expect our car’s service to be completed. When that time came, Ryan came into the lounge to let me know that our car was ready and waiting for me. The windshield wiper fluid was not only filled but also new windshield wipers had been installed on our car. Thank you, Ryan, for your follow-through and your professionalism. Keep Coming Back Yes - I do love Honda vehicles, but let's face it. There are a lot of Honda dealerships out there that I could go to. And yes, Germain is the closes Yes - I do love Honda vehicles, but let's face it. There are a lot of Honda dealerships out there that I could go to. And yes, Germain is the closest to my home, but I do think they go out of their way to make my purchase or lease deals as easy as possible. And their service department is quick and thorough. I have purchased a car - and now leased three vehicles. My most recent salesperson was Derek Barnes, and I cannot say enough how accomodating he was to us. He worked to get me in the payment range I wanted, and he even came in on his day off when I picked up my car to make sure I was taken care of. How's that for service? Thanks, Derek! More

Update: We traded in our civic and purchased a new HRV. Mohamed Rufai (Moe) worked with me again about 4 years later. He did great again. Thanks Germain and thanks Moe very much! I have two cars with Ge Mohamed Rufai (Moe) worked with me again about 4 years later. He did great again. Thanks Germain and thanks Moe very much! I have two cars with Germain, my civic that I have had serviced by them last few years and my new CRV just got from them. Mo did a great job. Germain does it great so far. My final choice was between Rav4, Forester and CRV. I checked all three major Honda, two Toyota and one Subaru dealerships and ended up chosing the Germain. Mo did go above and beyond and gained my business. He helped me with scheduling the post-sales additional package application appointment and helped me with transportation that he did not have to do. He is a very personable and transparent, easy to work with. More

Absolutely Recommend: Helpful, Kind, Honest Mo recently helped me in getting my first car and it was an amazing experience! My family has leased multiple cars from him, so when it was time to ge Mo recently helped me in getting my first car and it was an amazing experience! My family has leased multiple cars from him, so when it was time to get my own I knew where to go. Getting your first car is definitely an intimidating experience, but Mo made everything very easy. I went into the process with a clear picture of what I wanted, and he was incredibly receptive to that. After I got my car, Mo went the extra mile to show me some features and even polished a few smudges on the exterior to insure I drove off the lot with a perfect new car! The whole process was quick and straightforward. I truly appreciate all of his help and absolutely recommend him for anyone looking at leasing or buying a new car! More
