The process was quick, painless and fair. Was definetily worth the 2.5 hour drive across the state. Understand why the dealer is in business for 4 generations. After first calling, sales went out to the vehicle, filmed, and texted about 3 minutes of video as the professional pictures were not yet taken. Carfax and incoming inspection reports were shared in detail. All communication was responded promptly and addressed questions. During test drive the small discoveries were addressed promptly by detailing department. No pressure sales was appreciated. Dealer even reduced price a few $ for all cash.
