I also purchased a KARR Security system on the sameday as i purchased my vehicle but it took couple weeks to install and was not told what version was sold and what version was installed. I would suggest to improve service section specially when a package is offered wuth new vehicle needs to be specified which version in how long with what benefits will be installed other than that I would say keep the good work.
