You would think it was my salesman first day on the job. He literally acted like he had no idea the process of buying a car. Lied multiple times. No knowledge of the car he was trying to sell me. This time around, we had the worst experience buying a car from this dealership, even though we’ve bought multiple cars here before. The representatives were rude and unprofessional, refusing to offer any car from this dealership, even though we’ve bought multiple cars here before. The representatives were rude and unprofessional, refusing to offer any service and being uncooperative about anything we asked. They acted as if we were taking the cars for free. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone or refer them to go here. More
