Gianni was extremely helpful. I told him what I was looking for in a Subaru. He found a car and quoted me a price on the phone. He was very helpful when I made a last minute change. I also worked with Mohammad Masud in finance. He explained all the finances involved with leasing a car. Summer McGlaughlin explained all the features of my new Subaru. This was very helpful. Over the years I have received outstanding care from the Service Department. I have found the people at Ciocca Subaru to be very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership. My first contact person, Tom Calianno, was great to communicate with via email. He was able to quickly give me the sight unseen value of my trade in, and give me a ballpark idea of what my new payment communicate with via email. It was because of his quick response that got me to walk in the door of the dealership. Then working with Sebastean was very easy. He did a great job making sure I was comfortable with my decision, and explaining options. I never once felt pressured by him or anyone to make a decision right away, which I appreciated. This may have been one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. I will definitely be recommending your dealership to others! More

Awesome experience! Our salesman Fernando Santiago and his manager Marcus Yard were wonderful to work with. Was looking for a pre-owned Subaru Outback and found the perfect vehicle at Ciocca Subaru’s Bar his manager Marcus Yard were wonderful to work with. Within an hour deal was done including great financing terms and we were driving off the lot. Even had a new trailer hitch installed too! Great service, friendly and experienced staff! He'd helped my son & daughter-in-law and I felt very comfortable. The only down side was the finance person, Mohammad spoke way to fast and I had a rough time grasping the info. It was like one long sentence and I had no time to even think of questions. All in all, though it was the best most carefree car sale I've ever experienced. More
