Going to give the salesman a great rating. We have bought two new cars with Scott Broda. There is no pressure when buying a vehicle here. Of course every dealers finance department is like that but they like to add extra things in at that part of the sale which I am not fond of. Service department is great as far as working with the guys that check your car in. I have had a few issues with the actual work that was done but they try to make it right. One thing I learned is all the different departments are not connected in any way so lots of things get lost in communication between them like between sales, service, collision and detail. One does not know what the other is doing. If your car is in for service and you shop for a new one, the sales people have no knowledge that your car is there at that time. Overall a pretty good experience though. More

I also worked with Mohammad Masud in finance. He explained all the finances involved with leasing a car. Summer McGlaughlin explained all the features of my new Subaru. This was very helpful. My first contact person, Tom Calianno, was great to communicate with via email. He was able to quickly give me the sight unseen value of my trade in, and give me a ballpark idea of what my new payment communicate with via email. It was because of his quick response that got me to walk in the door of the dealership. Then working with Sebastean was very easy. He did a great job making sure I was comfortable with my decision, and explaining options. I never once felt pressured by him or anyone to make a decision right away, which I appreciated.
