I purchased a used Jeep from BMW and was told there was a safety check completed on the vehicle. The car did not pass inspection because of the windshield wiper blades. I was told to bring the car back at a safety check completed on the vehicle. The car did not pass inspection because of the windshield wiper blades. I was told to bring the car back at a later date because they did not have the wiper blades there to fix them. How does a car pass their safety check with visually ripped windshield wiper blades? Because I live 40 minutes away from the dealer and it was going to rain, I went and purchased wiper blades. This car is for my daughter, I am now wondering what other things will be wrong with this car. I texted the salesman and asked how that was missed during the safety check and he said it wasn't missed because it didn't pass inspection. I sent him a picture of his text that said the safety check was ordered a week ago and silence, No response! I told him the safety check and the inspection sticker were two different things. Because I am a women he thinks I don't have a clue. This was all secondary to the way the salesman treated me on other encounters. I told him there was water in the back light and he told me it was just condensation. He did have it fixed, but the old light was left in the trunk and it was full of water. NOT just condensation, but I am a woman and don't know anything. More

Worst dealership I've experienced so far I had in general good impressions with BMW dealers mainly through some of my previous purchasing experiences. However, this dealer is beyond the worst I had in general good impressions with BMW dealers mainly through some of my previous purchasing experiences. However, this dealer is beyond the worst. Head to toe, from their store manager Adam Tremblay who sits there as a piece of statue, to the rude and unprofessional salesman Sergio Roque, Mohammad Mirazimi. First: in general this sales team is lack of patience! For instance, if you ask them a question about the car, before even you finish the question, they will cut you off and give you some stupid reply which is not even what you asked. Hey, please listen to the customers first, at least wait people to finish the sentence and take a second to think before you say? Second: they do not seem to be professionally trained to get things sold. Rather, they are trained to be disrespectful to people and kick customers out of the door. After a few sentences of chatting with the store manager, it is obvious this bad team comes with a bad manager or in another way, a bad manger comes for a bad team. The manager sits in his seat like a statue, and can not hold intelligent resourceful, conversations. Do not go there, see how many one star review they got! There are solid reasons why they got bad reviews!! More
