Sergio set the tone the moment I arrived — a true professional who blends deep product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm and care. He made the entire buying experience seamless, enjoyable, and pressure-free. What a great salesman — the kind every luxury brand dreams of having on their team! Paul A. deserves special recognition for making the “paperwork” process painless. Efficient, transparent, and personable — he turned what’s usually the least exciting part of car buying into a smooth, confident, and even pleasant finale. And then there’s Mohammed — the definition of class and professionalism. What an absolute gentleman! His calm, confident presence and attention to detail made me feel like I was his only customer that day. He took the time to understand what mattered to me, followed up personally, and ensured every detail was perfect. In an era when true customer service often feels rare, Mohammed reminds you what it looks like when someone takes pride in their work and treats you like family. Simply outstanding! Finally, the BMW Genius Team deserves huge praise. They helped me settle into my BMW 840i xDrive Convertible as if it were my favorite in-home recliner — only this one is wrapped in soft leather and powered by German precision! Their patience, clarity, and expertise made all the technology feel effortless. This entire team defines what the Ultimate Buying Experience should be. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at BMW of Shrewsbury — you’ve earned not just a customer, but a lifelong fan and advocate. — David A. Watts Proud Owner, BMW 840i xDrive Convertible More

I purchased BMW X5, 2025. Working with Sergio from Sales was very pleasant, no pressure, answer all the questions. All in all, it was as good as buying a car from a friend.
