An Experience with Jeffrey Parham (J.P.) Upon entering Napleton's River Oaks Honda, I was greeted by the general manager, Glenn Smith. He listened. My problem caused him to seek out J.P, who Upon entering Napleton's River Oaks Honda, I was greeted by the general manager, Glenn Smith. He listened. My problem caused him to seek out J.P, who must have been found to be a good team player because instantly, his sense of understanding my problem, after being explained by Glen, gave me hope of a possible solution. It wasn't just a "sales" pitch but genuine concern. These are not quite J. P.'s exact words but paraphrased, "We're working on something that will fix your problem and be a good price for you." He meant that. When I saw the Civic Honda, I was beaming. The car note was something I could live with, and I left the building as a satisfied customer who had an encounter with a car salesmen with great product knowledge, helped me get a car that fit my need and style, and most of all, was truly committed to me being satisfied.
