When I dropped off my car, my service advisor had already
left, so I waited and waited for someone else to assist me. Then when it came to the loaner car, that person also left early so I waited even longer

They rotated the tires and changed the oil, but never fixed the main issue, which was the loud humming/howling noise. They said it wasn't from the transfer case and rotating the tires 'helped reduce the noise', which it did not. So now I need to go somewhere else to figure out what the noise is. Very disappointing
