My experience with Tucson Subaru, Monica Schivone-Rimcoski (sales) and Jennifer Duran (finance) was extraordinary! Three weeks ago, my car (a MercBz) was rear-ended and totaled. Subaru had a Schivone-Rimcoski (sales) and Jennifer Duran (finance) was extraordinary! Three weeks ago, my car (a MercBz) was rear-ended and totaled. Subaru had a used BMW on their website, however, it was no longer available by the time my husband and I got down to the dealership. The plan for the day was "just looking", since I couldn't imagine myself driving a car that was not a MercBz, not blue, not a convertible, and not a two-seater! I will admit that I can be a PITA, but Monica was never pushy, always patient, cheerful, and open. Monica suggested that my husband and I test drive some cars so I could get a feel for something I might like to drive. Monica is very knowledgeable about the benefits of Subaru and she owns one herself, so that added credibility to her statements. Monica is very personable -- we talked about a variety of non-car topics, ranging from dogs to jewelry to solar panels. It was more like chatting with a friend and at no point did I ever feel pressured. Monica was committed to me being satisfied with my experience at Tucson Subaru, whether or not I purchased a car, and she was willing to answer all of my questions. I was surprisingly impressed by the Forester Turbo (which we drove twice). Both because of Subaru's stellar reviews and Monica's delightful personality, we made the unexpected decision to buy a car from Monica that day! Monica waited with me until Jennifer Duran in the finance department was ready with my paperwork; Jennifer made that part of the buying process a breeze as well. It was indeed a joy working with both Monica and Jennifer to get me into a car that I'm sure I will come to adore, even though it is not a MercBz. I got a great price on a great car in pristine condition, and the ride home in my Forester Turbo was a dream! More

Even though we waited an hour and a half for a sales person because of a meeting, it suited us very well as we got to take our time and look at the cars we wanted to view and discuss our options.
