I was impressed with the dog friendly atmosphere (everyone said hello to our Goldendoodle and Monica kept treats on her desk). I think we talked about life more than the sale, which is a great thing! Jennifer in Finance was much the same and was informative with warranty advice without being “saleswoman like”, and we found ourselves talking about dogs mostly as we filled out paperwork. Great experience and my roommate Cathy remarked that Monica and Jennifer are famous names from the show FRIENDS, which was funny because that’s what our experience with them was! Five stars and a paw from Fozzie Bear! More
