Almost a year to the date since my transmission was replaced, and I have continued to experience nothing but ongoing problems with this vehicle. Most recently, my vehicle completely stopped and shut replaced, and I have continued to experience nothing but ongoing problems with this vehicle. Most recently, my vehicle completely stopped and shut off, leaving me stranded and requiring a tow. During this process, I had to contact Phillips Chevrolet three separate times, specifically requesting a call back from the Service Manager. Despite my repeated requests, I never received a call. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with both the vehicle and the level of customer service I have received. My experience has made it very clear that once the purchase is complete, the customer no longer seems to be a priority. What makes this even more frustrating is receiving “thank you” videos and follow-up messages from sales associates, while receiving little to no actual assistance when I have legitimate issues with the vehicle. I have purchased vehicles before and have never experienced this many problems with a vehicle or this level of poor service. This has been, without a doubt, one of the worst vehicle-buying and servicing experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle, especially if you expect reliable service and support after your purchase. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I regret doing business here. More

My grandmother bought a car from Monty and she brought me here to do the same.
