It was a total waste of my time. Paid for the part the service department ordered ahead of time. Then when it comes in my service is scheduled. When I get there and am waiting for Paid for the part the service department ordered ahead of time. Then when it comes in my service is scheduled. When I get there and am waiting for it to be completed, they tell me it's the wrong part and can't fix the issue. More

The service manager Bob Bergot treated me ,the customer, with a very condescending attitude, not very customer valued or respectful. Make sure the next time you have service or parts replaced on your car y with a very condescending attitude, not very customer valued or respectful. Make sure the next time you have service or parts replaced on your car you schedule time for them to see if the replaced part works after installing it. Mine didn't because I didn't ask for a diagnostic. That is when very condescending not customer valued Bob Bergot met me with my unpleasant experience. Did you know that they replace parts on vehicles and don't see if they work after replacing them?? Me either! More
