Good day's work, but not without qualifications We have always had our car serviced at Matt Burne. They have taken care of most of our needs competently. Yesterday we spent a half day there waiting We have always had our car serviced at Matt Burne. They have taken care of most of our needs competently. Yesterday we spent a half day there waiting for our car. When service was being done it was determined that we needed brake work done, though the brakes had already been repaired by a Honda dealer in another state this year. We were glad that the work could be done while we waited, as it's quite a drive to Matt Burne. The one problem I have is that there is a persistent noise that we attribute to the accelerator- it's loud and annoying, but the service people have never been able to locate it or take care of it. It is sufficiently distracting to assure that we will not be buying another Honda, though this is not our first. Bottom line is that we're glad to have our car ready to safely drive in winter weather, noisy or not. More

Excellent customer service I had made an appointment to change over to winter tires and after dropping off the vehicle I realized it was also due for an inspection. On short not I had made an appointment to change over to winter tires and after dropping off the vehicle I realized it was also due for an inspection. On short notice the service dept was able to also take care of that the same day, which saved me the time of having to schedule a separate appointment. I have purchased all of my vehicles from Matt Burne Honda and all service is performed by them. I would not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else for service. I have never had an issue that was not able to be resolved in a fair manner. I have always felt that the service area cares about the customer, and is why I keep coming back. More

Replace shields on CRV Brought my CRV in for repairs, and it was completed in a timely matter, as promised. So far, I have always been satisfied with any work that I bring my car in for, be it an oil change or like this, as where they had to replace the shields. The only disappointment I had this time was, that I had to call the Service department to see if my parts where in, so I scheduled my appt for last Friday, and then on Saturday I received a notice by US mail, that my parts were in, and to call to schedule the appt. after the fact that I already had it repaired the day before. More

Twelve years and 173,000 I purchased my 2007 Honda Accord at Matt Burne Honda in December 2006. I have always believed that I received a fair deal. Twelve years and 173,000 miles later, the Accord is going strong. I only have Burne service the automobile.Service managers are always helpful...have primarily dealt with Mr. Berardinelli who always watches out for any issues and advises me about them.
