Excellent car purchase experience! My spouse and I were seeking a car for her. We looked at certified used cars, and Newton Nissan had a really good supply of choices. For comparison, we looked at new cars -- and we found that Newton Nissan had a large stock of options -- and when our trade-in credit was calculated, PLUS the LIFETIME powertrain warranty provided on new cars by Newton Nissan, we were pleased with the factors that led us to purchase a new Nissan Rogue. When we asked about pricing, the sales staff quickly provided their online pricing so that we could make informed decisions in a straightforward way, without having to go through an extended price negotiation. During each of our two visits to Newton, we had outstanding competent and knowledgeable salespersons helping us! Moses Dillard (visit #1) and Paul Dillard (visit #2) were each courteous, knowledgeable, and good listeners, and we never felt pressured to make a purchase, which I really appreciated. I was also impressed with how smoothly Moses and Paul worked together to communicate with one another and with us, not only during the sale process, but afterwards! I also had the pleasure of meeting with sales manager Brian Hampton AFTER we had already concluded our deal, and I am impressed with Brian's philosophy and successful track record of providing a fair and customer-centered experience for Newton's existing and prospective customers.
