My family has been going to Platinum Volkswagen in Hicksville for over 10 years. It was time for my 2010 Jetta to be turned in so VW in Hicksville was my first stop. Although there were no familiar faces, the general manager Moses made me feel right at home and extremely comfortable. Moses has this way about his personality that just draws you in. He is not in it for the sales or commision, he truley is in it for the satisfaction and happiness of the customer. My sales rep David was also new to Platinum VW, but was very kind and professional. He talked to me like a friend, not a pushy salesman. Than my last stop to getting my 2nd VW Jetta was to dot all my I's and cross all my T's with Ali, the financial manager. Ali was wonderful and made me feel that much more special about signing the dotted line. Mosas, David and Ali are now my VW boys, I will continue to go back to them and refer everyone to go see them. They truly are the nicest guys and run a fantastic business. More

Doreen is excellent! She put up with me for hours. There were other people we dealt with during the purchasing process and they were all great I am just bad with names. We bought 2 cars, 1 new and 1 used. were other people we dealt with during the purchasing process and they were all great I am just bad with names. We bought 2 cars, 1 new and 1 used. Great deals on both. The new car had transport scratches and dents on it. Doreen called us BEFORE we went to examine it. We deemed it to be unacceptable and were told to pick the color of our choice and they would get it for us at no extra cost. It was there the next day! If there is any feature we don't know how to use its because someone wasn't listening. Everything was gone over in the car in detail, I never had that done before. I hate the process of buying cars and I hate salespeople. Okay I still hate the process but I loved Doreen and the group at Platinum! They really did make it easier and much more pleasant and I was happy with the deals. More
