We bought a 3 year old Mercedes that was in like new condition. When I pointed out 2 minor issues, they took care of it. The transaction was very easy and Fred was able to get us cheaper financing than from my credit union. I always look for these boutique dealerships! Their KBB 5.0 star rating is well deserved! Even at peak convertible season + low inventory due to pandemic shutdowns, Ben did not do any of the typical sales tactics on the phone pressuring me I had to come in right away. He was also very upfront with the financing offers and I got exactly the rate he quoted me. This is very rare dealership where they don't try to take advantage of customers! When I arrived, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The car was exactly as described in condition and more stunning to look at in person. After a quick test drive, I applied for financing and was out the door in about 2 hours! A few notes: They also offered me a very fair price on my vehicle trade-in. I financed the car and needed out of state registration. EAB did not overcharge me with any outrageous dealer fees. They also don't try to hard upsell you with add-on options. Bottom line: If you're in the market for lightly used luxury cars, you must check out Elite Auto Brokers. You won't get a better deal or service. More

After I sent my information, Fred Crum was the representative that contacted me. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with this sales associate. Fred was honest, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable, while answering any questions that I had. I had an independent auto inspector inspect the vehicle and found no issues. I made my offer, and we both agreed within moments of a fair price. I didn't spend hours in a dealership either, just a few simple emails and text messages back-n-forth, and a trip to the bank for the cashiers check. One Fedx mailer was received and returned to close the deal. They handled all the paperwork for my out of state situation, plus Fred coordinated the shipping to my home! All-in-all, this was a fantastic experience, and a simple way for me to buy a hard sought, luxury, high performance car! Many thanks to Fred and Moshe, and the rest of their staff, for making my deal a true pleasure!
