I was considering another Mercedes, a Range Rover or a BMW...they had a good selection of each as well as several models of Porsche (and others). After I sent my information, Fred Crum was the representative that contacted me. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with this sales associate. Fred was honest, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable, while answering any questions that I had. I had an independent auto inspector inspect the vehicle and found no issues. I made my offer, and we both agreed within moments of a fair price. I didn't spend hours in a dealership either, just a few simple emails and text messages back-n-forth, and a trip to the bank for the cashiers check. One Fedx mailer was received and returned to close the deal. They handled all the paperwork for my out of state situation, plus Fred coordinated the shipping to my home! All-in-all, this was a fantastic experience, and a simple way for me to buy a hard sought, luxury, high performance car! Many thanks to Fred and Moshe, and the rest of their staff, for making my deal a true pleasure! I was in the market to trade in my wife's car for a 2019 BMW X3 xdrive30i. I was upside down in negative equity $6k and really wanted to find someone that would work with me. I went to FOUR dealerships and they all gave me the run around. I thought going to a commercial dealer wild be the best option since they tend to give rebates and incentives that eat up negative equity, but they didn't work with me the way I anticipated. So I found elite auto brokers and inquired about the vehicle make and model I was looking for, and they not only had the EXACT car I wanted, but they also had it marked the cheapest with 10k miles less on it than all the commercial dealers. I thought it was a gimmick until I went in person and every single person I interacted with was amazing! I even met the owner who I thought would be full of xxxx honestly lol, but he was so down to earth and personable. All in all I was able to trade in my vehicle for a great price and they even took 1k off the asking price of my new vehicle. This was the 8th car ive purchased in my life and BY FAR the best experience I have ever had! Closing and signing even only took 30 min! This will be my go dealer for life! More
