I had the best experience at this dealership because the people who took care of me were the best that i had ever had to deal with, they took care of the problem i had they gave me a great solution and deal people who took care of me were the best that i had ever had to deal with, they took care of the problem i had they gave me a great solution and deal that make me and my husband very happy about it. I recommend everyone to go shop for Acura cars at this dealer the reason why is because the people they have working there are so wonderful and very professional with their work and the attention they had for every customer is so wonderful that they make you feel like family. I am so happy with my new car purchase here i will definably go back there and shop again the next time i want to get a brand new car thank you to you guys for everything and continue with the wonderful service you give to your customers. ?? This was the best car buying experience! From the way we were treated on our initial call, to the service we received at the dealership - these folks are professionals and want to earn your business. Murat, were treated on our initial call, to the service we received at the dealership - these folks are professionals and want to earn your business. Murat, Alex and Brian worked to get us the car we wanted for the best price (we shopped multiple dealers) and gave us a fair deal on our trade. They bent over backwards to make us happy and to make sure we were in and out as fast as possible. Wendy walked through every detail of how the car works to make sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. Plus Paragon has called us a few times to make sure we are happy with and know how to operate our vehicle. I am a "car person" and have had a lot of different brands of cars, but after doing business with Paragon, I'm pretty sure I'll be a customer of theirs for life! More

THUMBS UP to the Paragon Acura team! This is my third vehicle purchase from them in the past 10 years and I must say that it was a wonderful buying experience all around. Got a great deal on an 09 Acura vehicle purchase from them in the past 10 years and I must say that it was a wonderful buying experience all around. Got a great deal on an 09 Acura RDX and got excellent trade in value. I felt that I was valued as a repeat customer and of the 3 times I have purchased vehicles, this time has been by far the best experience. Angelo Navarro - Sales Associate - respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, no-nonsense, patient, no attitude - as far as car salesmen go- you can trust and rely on this one. He definitely works hard for you and goes the extra mile. He followed through on everything that was promised even AFTER the sale, a time when most salespeople mysteriously vanish. Murat Deljanin - Sales Manager - There is a reason why he is in charge! 888! Jean Maurilus - Finance - Clearly explained all options and worked out a great finance deal with me. No hassling, just gave the facts and definitely made me feel that my business was appreciated. Reggie VanWroten - Delivery Manager- This completely caught me off guard, this gentleman sat with me AFTER the vehicle was ready for me to take home. He sat with me to explain all the great features of my vehicle in a succinct and accurate way and allowed me to skip reading the manual and being able to use all the great features of RDX. Thumbs up to Paragon Acura for implementing this program. More

I can not say enough great things about Paragon and the assistance I received from both Camilo and Murat! Here is my story: I first started my journey with Paragon Acura when I walked in looking for a assistance I received from both Camilo and Murat! Here is my story: I first started my journey with Paragon Acura when I walked in looking for a new car. The first car I leased from them was a beautiful black TSX. I explained to them that I didn't want to "break the bank" just to get a new car. Camilo sat down with me and went over all of my options. Within a matter of days I was driving away in my brand new TSX. A couple of months passed and I decided I wanted to upgrade. I have heard many horror stories about trying to get out of leases for other leases. Once again, I went back to Camilo and explained that I needed to move on from my TSX and wanted to get into a TL. He immediately responded with "no problem" let's see what we can do. After meeting with both Camilo and Murat I was able to get into a beautiful pear white TL. They even were willing to listen to my plea and gave me my all purpose mats! :>) Now here we are today....Today, I made my final change and could not be more pleased with the way in which everything transpired. On Saturday, I decided I was going to go into Paragon Acura just to inquire about the promotion that Acura was running on the MDX's. I walked into Paragon and was immediately greeted by Murat. I informed him of my intentions that I was once again thinking about upgrading to my final car, the one I have wanted for a long, long time.... a MDX. Murat told me to hang tight and he would get Camilo for me. After about five minutes, Camilo informed me that he was working with someone and would be right with me. After Camilo finished with another client, he asked me what I was looking for. I told him about the commercial I had seen regarding the MDX's I was interested in finding out if I would be able this time (3rd times a charm) to get into one. He said no problem and started working things out for me. I had both Murat and Camilo assisting me at Paragon trying to find me the best possibilities to getting into a MDX. After looking at some numbers, I realized that maybe my dreams of getting an MDX was not in the near future. Instead of me leaving disappointed, Camilo informed me that I could maybe get into a RDX with a turbo engine. He showed me the car and after looking at the car and reviewing all the specifics like price, color, etc. I told him to let me think about it and that I would get back in touch with him. Later on that evening I decided to call Camilo and inform him, that though he did put a lot of effort into trying to assist me with something just as nice as the MDX, I would just wind up staying with my TL until the lease ended. Though I was disappointed, I was still happy with the car in which I currently was driving my TL. Later on that same evening, I received a call from Camilo and said look "why don't you just come in on Saturday and see what we can do, and see how we can make the MDX work for you." I told Camilo that I would think about it and let him know. I didn't want to get my hopes up on something that may have been way out my budget. However, I decided to go in on Saturday. When I went to Paragon Acura, there I was once again sitting with Camilo and Murat going over my options. To my great surprise....this time it worked out...I was able to get the car I wanted!! The only thing was, I wanted a black on black MDX and they didn't have one available. But of course with the crew at Paragon they always seem to make things happen. Murat, informed me that he would be getting a delivery of MDX's on Monday. He informed me that the delivery on MDX's was pretty exact and since I was unsure of choosing either black or the dark gray he told me "no worries" he would hold both of them for me. I said o.k. and would look forward to hearing back from him the next day. So back to today (Monday, March 7th. This afternoon, I received a call from Camilo informing me that indeed both cars had shown up as promised, and asked what time I would be in to see them. I told him the best I could do was arrive after work in which he had no problem. Prior to my arrival, i called Camilo and informed him that I had decided I would get the black/black MDX. He said "no problem....I'll have it ready for you when you arrive." Upon my arrival, i was informed by Camilo that the car was still being prepped for me to drive home, which I did not have a problem with since I still had some paperwork to complete. At approximately 7:30 p.m. my car arrived all beautiful and shiny and ready to be driven home. After signing all necessary paperwork and getting the plates put on my car, I was ready to take off with my new MDX. I have to say, the reason I have given Paragon Acura as well as Camilo and Murat the ratings in which they received is easy......They deserve it! I know for many reading, you may be thinking it's all about the sale. I would have to disagree. The reason I chose to go back to Paragon Acura is due to the wonderful treatment both myself and my family received from them. They made me feel like a V.I.P customer. I could have went to any Acura dealership in N.Y.C. but I didn't. It takes a real special person to listen to a customer and understand where that customer is coming from. I wish I could rate them both equally a "10" all the way through this review....because they both truly deserve it. Thanks again guys for all of your hard work. The Guerra's More

I found this dealer thru Acura.com submitted a quote request online and I received an email confirmation and price quote within 1 hour. Then the following day I got a call from the internet sales department and she transferred me to talk with the sales rep Camilo Barrientos which he stays at 48th street most of the time. By the way, Paragon Acura has two show room locations, one at 5602 Northern Blvd. and the other one is at 4802 Northern Blvd., these guys are at 4802 are very friendly (treating like a brother) and they work as a team, unlike most of the sales at a dealership else where fighting each other. They’re helping each other from selecting a car, filing paper work and transferring the plates. Believe or not, I purchased this MDX without a test-drive because I drove the older model 2 years ago for about a week from a friend of mine. Another person I would like to mention, Linda Alling, she explained every details and how to operate the MDX. Well educated, great job. Way to go, keep up your team, Murat. My purchase was not perfect, initially. However, and the reason for the 5 star rating across the board (except for price, that recieved 5 stars on its own) was due to the follow up and team work involved wi reason for the 5 star rating across the board (except for price, that recieved 5 stars on its own) was due to the follow up and team work involved with making me an incredibly satisfied customer. Long story short, they were friendly, helpful, accomodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Most importantly they stood behind their product and kept their word. Not because it was signed on a contract, but the old school handshake type of business that seems to be few and far between in this day and age. Buying a used or "pre owned" car can have a lot of variables, but when sales, service, finance and management work together as well as the 4 gentlemen above did, 1st time shoppers become repeat customers. Well done gentlemen, well done! More

I can't say enough about Camilo Barrientos and the staff at Paragon Acura. It was the best experience we have had buying a new car. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. If you are looking for a new or certified vehicle save yourself the hassel and go straight to paragon Acura certified center you'll get the best deal and be treated as a customer should. I have Leased 4 cars from Paragon. My last 2 cars I purchased from Peter Pazmino. To me he is the best to deal with. Very polite and willing to do whatever it takes to close the deal.
