This was my first time getting a car from Hyundai, I went to multiple dealerships before driving out to Cerritos and I genuinely can say that this is one of the best car dealerships I have been to. I had a c to multiple dealerships before driving out to Cerritos and I genuinely can say that this is one of the best car dealerships I have been to. I had a complicated situation regarding my lease and they really made my experience a smooth happy one. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to get a car. The customer being happy is their main goal and they really proved this for me. This store is genuinely lucky to have the likes of Mr. Javed, Mr. Jay Saleem, and Ms. Alejandra. I am sure the whole team is as wholesome and genuine as them. Big kudos to Norm Reeves Hyundai for making my decision of getting a car the best one possible. Today I came just to check out some cars at Cerritos Hyundai, when I got down from my car Mustafa greed me very professional and offered his help if needed, once started to tell him what was I looking Hyundai, when I got down from my car Mustafa greed me very professional and offered his help if needed, once started to tell him what was I looking for he was very helpful showing me cars that I could of like, he open the cars and explained to me the prices, car features and more, once I asked him if so could test drive one he was more than happy to help me. I think the most important thing for me when purchasing a new car is not to feel pressured, and that is exactly what mustafa did, make me feel no pressure what so ever, he was super explanatory on everything and he tried to help me getting the best deal and package possible.
