I understand your frustration here and also your feelings that price quotes should be honored, etc... as I mentioned in some previous reviews... things have been absolutely crazy the last 60 days. I am afraid we have have some process break downs in the store since we have been open as an "essential business" since day 1 of the Covid crisis and we have doing our best to just figure everything out and enable employees to come to work, feel safe, get paid, etc... All that to say, no excuses here but it's been challenging and I feel terrible that we feel far short from providing you the 5 star experiance you deserved.
