Yesterday we went in looking for a Hyundai Kona N Line for my mom and they had exactly what she wanted. We met with Diana who took us even though we did not have an appointment and she was phenomenal. She for my mom and they had exactly what she wanted. We met with Diana who took us even though we did not have an appointment and she was phenomenal. She has an amazing personality and was super efficient. She broke everything down to us and made my family feel comfortable and taken care of from the very beginning. Coming into it my mom felt anxious about the process but Diana made it seem like they’ve known each other their whole lives and that anxious feeling that my mom had instantly went away. We were there a little bit after closing and she stood there with us the entire time to make sure everything got handled properly from beginning to end. Honestly a 10/10 experience. Mykael handled the financing side of it and we couldn’t be happier, him and Diana worked hand in hand like a well oiled machine to make sure we got approved and walked out with the car we wanted. Both of them made us feel like family and made sure we all walked out of there with smiles on our faces. More
