Brian Moore made my recent purchase of a Toyota RAV4 Limited very pleasant and easy!! I have already recommended him to my family. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I also had a great expe Limited very pleasant and easy!! I have already recommended him to my family. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I also had a great experience with Luke Mudge, the finance manager that helped to make the financial part of the transaction extremely easy and relaxed. I have been doing business with White River Toyota for three years and I can’t recommend them enough!! Everyone in the service department have also been pleasant and knowledgeable during my experiences there. It’s a great place!! More

Terrible customer service. Wait time for the scheduled service was confirmed in advance by telephone but when I arrived, intending to wait, I was told by Ms. Simond that there Wait time for the scheduled service was confirmed in advance by telephone but when I arrived, intending to wait, I was told by Ms. Simond that there was no way to tell how long it could take - according to her it could be four hours or even six hours to diagnose a faulty A/C. When I tried to explain that I had checked in advance and was told it would be a two hour appointment, she shrugged and proceeded to provide a description of the diagnostic process. Not helpful. Having the diagnostic process for an A/C unit explained does not address the disconnect between my expectations at the time of making the appointment on the phone and the vastly different scenario she is presenting when I arrive. It certainly doesn't meet my needs as a paying customer, does it or make up for the time I have taken off work? This is the second time the dealership has indicated they will do a specific evaluation and then, when I showed up, I was told "too bad, it's not happening today and you will just have to come back (first time)" or "too bad, it's gonna take anywhere from a few hours to six hours (second time)". They clearly don't want you to wait for the A/C diagnostic but then WHY tell me that's an option and give me an appointment in the far future which is for "waiting on site"? Throughout the exchange, Ms. Simonds attitude was clearly that she had the right set of facts and I could just deal with it. More
