My husband and I ventured out for the day in hopes of finding a specific car, right away. We soon realized that we had quite a difficult task to accomplish, apparently. One dealership didn’t have what we were looking for and didn’t care to help us find it or order it. Another said they had one but the manager had it out for the weekend. After leaving one of the dealerships, with no luck, I got on my phone and frantically began searching for “the” car. There is was! The red Tahoe that we just had to have. I immediately called the Dean Team to ask if they actually had it on the lot. Myles answered the phone, confirmed they had it and said he would pull it up for us. As soon as we walked up he greeted us and took us to the car. Myles answered ALL of our questions. If he didn’t have an answer he quickly found it. Myles was very easy to talk to, personable and knowledgeable. Thankfully, we were able to work out a deal. The entire process was fast and easy, including the financing process. Although it was luck that they had the exact car we were looking for, it was Myles and the Dean Team’s professionalism, kindness and efficiency the ultimately led us to make the purchase. More
