Professional, Informative, Friendly Car salesman Derek Wright was Great. He really knows about the 2019 Kona Sel we purchased. Our experience with him was very chilled and enjoyable. Took the car for a test drive and was very pleased. Next we met manager Nick Megas. Very direct to the point which is good most of the time. Not this time. Did not like to be told this is the way it is and how much do I want to spend. Please, just give me you very best price and let me decide. Manager William Granata was excellent in getting me a very fair price. Thanks, William. Last, Finance Manager Jeff worked with us and got us the extra coverage we wanted and easy finance payments. Recall not taken care of the same day I have a recall on my side curtain airbags (2019 Santa Fe) Made the appointment 8 days in advance on my Hyundai app. When I arrived I was told th I have a recall on my side curtain airbags (2019 Santa Fe) Made the appointment 8 days in advance on my Hyundai app. When I arrived I was told they needed the VIN and they would order the 4 pieces of fabric tape to cover the bolts. I didn't need to take 4 hours off for you to check my VIN and send me home. You had my VIN 8 dyas earlier and the parts should have been ordered or in stock for this 18 minute repair. More

We worked with George, he's great! George was our salesperson. He was wonderful! We originally went to the dealership in February, 2019 to look at Hyundai Tucson as my daughter liked George was our salesperson. He was wonderful! We originally went to the dealership in February, 2019 to look at Hyundai Tucson as my daughter liked the Tucson. He worked with us regarding which car my daughter would like and we had several test drives. I continued to search online for possible SUV's which matched what my daughter was looking for. I found a slightly used Nissan Rogue at Fuccillo and we were immediately interested in it. After our test drive, we started the process to purchase the SUV. My daughter just turned 16 so the SUV we were purchasing is her first vehicle. Everyone was so helpful and the finance department was able to get us a better deal than the prequalification letter I had received. I also purchased my Chrysler 200 from the Fuccillo dealership in Amsterdam in 2017 after my car was totaled from a rear end collision. We had a great experience in 2017 with Fuccillo. I definitely recommend going to the Fuccillo dealerships for your auto needs! Thank you again George! More

Disappointed with Service I’m disappointed with Fucillo Hyundai and will be taking my car elsewhere in the future. My door handle needed to be replaced. I was told the part I’m disappointed with Fucillo Hyundai and will be taking my car elsewhere in the future. My door handle needed to be replaced. I was told the part had to be ordered and would be in within a couple days. A week or so later, I called to inquire about the part and I was told it was accidentally being sent to be painted. So I would need to wait a few more days. Fast forward.... after 3 weeks from my initial visit when the part was ordered, I called to find out when the handle could be fixed. I was asked if my car was red. It is not. The part, that was never supposed to be painted was painted red. My car is silver, Nick said he’d overnight the part and it could be installed yesterday afternoon, When the job was done, I called to pay my credit card since I was having trouble getting a ride to the dealership before it closed. I was told that in order to do that, I’d have to print off an email authorization form and either scan/email/fax a copy of that and my license to them before that could happen. I’ve been to numerous other dealerships and never had this problem before. I ended up making it into the dealership to pay in person. I paid full price, with no apology even given for the inconveniences over the past three weeks. This is not the first issue I’ve had at this dealership, and consequently will not return. More
