This was my first time buying a car and from the moment I stepped on the lot, I felt welcomed and at ease- not super anxious as I did at all the other dealerships I had been to or talking with. When Nick M s stepped on the lot, I felt welcomed and at ease- not super anxious as I did at all the other dealerships I had been to or talking with. When Nick M saw me browsing he allowed me to do just that. When I returned the next day I was approached by Nick R and I told him I was working with Nick M and wanted to look at test driving another vehicle or two. He immediately went to get Nick M for me and didn't try to steal his sale. The only thing I didn't like about my experience was that Nick M wouldn't allow me to try to negotiate for a better price "because the car is pre-owned." I'm very happy with my Forrester as it's a great automobile that I feel very safe in. More

I visited the dealership 4 times in the process of buying this car. Each time, there was the same male employee without a mask.
