So it’s super hard to walk into a dealer and get treated like an actual buyer. I went to about 4 dealers wanting to check out potential cars and each one just brushed me off and treated me like a child. It was so refreshing when I walked in and spoke to Steven in sales. He didn’t just sit me down and immediately ask if I have enough money to buy one or ask if I’m just here to waste time. Steven treated me with absolute respect.I 100% am going to buy another Volvo from him! A massive thank you to Niko for being such an accommodating and respectful manager. It’s super refreshing to see a manager that isn’t crabby or miserable! Also another big thank you to Vadim!
