I gave River Oaks CDJR an opportunity to make things right after a disappointing customer service experience. While management eventually offered a 2-year maintenance package, the final agreement fell far short of what was discussed and what I expected as a resolution. The paperwork appears to cover only a limited number of oil changes and tire rotations rather than a comprehensive maintenance package. After the time, frustration, and inconvenience I experienced, I do not feel the resolution adequately addressed my concerns. Customer service is not just about fixing a problem—it’s about restoring trust. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the dealership was more focused on closing the issue than truly making the customer whole. Before agreeing to any dealership “goodwill” offer, I strongly encourage customers to get every promised item in writing and review the agreement carefully before signing. My experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled. More
