Na’eem was amazing and I love the texting service and the ability to receive communications through it as well as pay the invoice online. I found it so much frustrating that the finance department system doe ability to receive communications through it as well as pay the invoice online. I found it so much frustrating that the finance department system doesn’t communicate with the service system to understand the history of a customers car and service records. Amenities are sparse in the waiting area, particularly access to purchase food items. Regarding mechanics of the Volvo, repairs required that are worrisome for a car as young as it is. More
