Tire Puncture Replacement Wife ran over some debris on on the freeway causing a puncture on the sidewall of our XC40. We took the vehicle to Rusnak and mentioned our Care by Vo Wife ran over some debris on on the freeway causing a puncture on the sidewall of our XC40. We took the vehicle to Rusnak and mentioned our Care by Volvo Program. The tire was completely replaced the same day free of charge, no questions asked. As a consumer, you always expect companies to hold their end of the bargain and Rusnak has come through on more than one occasion. I've had experiences with other dealers who have tried to squeeze some sort of payment even when fully under warranty. Rusnak checked their system, told us we were all good, and we were on our way. On another occasion, we had a faulty part on our lift gate that is prone to loosening up. Although they mentioned it would be a long shot to get it covered, they still came through with an all new part free of charge, meaning the Care by Volvo program that I am paying for every month covered it. All in all, a super fair dealer and a great service team practicing great customer service. More

Emergency tire change I found a slash in my front tire, drove straight to Rusnak/Volvo Pasadena without an appointment around 3pm. Naaem Adams, my Service Specialist, was I found a slash in my front tire, drove straight to Rusnak/Volvo Pasadena without an appointment around 3pm. Naaem Adams, my Service Specialist, was wonderful as always, made sure a replacement tire was installed ASAP the next morning and got the tire company to cover a portion of the replacement tire cost. Na'eem provides outstanding service. There is always a very cheerful greeting lady, and if she is not there someone else will ask if you need help. Great team, terrific service center. More
