A mutually respectful car buying experience I had a specific car in mind after researching most So Cal inventory and called into Audi San Diego to discuss the Q5 I wanted, was patched in with Na I had a specific car in mind after researching most So Cal inventory and called into Audi San Diego to discuss the Q5 I wanted, was patched in with Nabi. I live in Mission Viejo (67 miles out) but told him I'd done a significant amount of research and if he could confirm this vehicle was available and we respected each others time, we'd get along great. This was mid/late afternoon on a Sat, we had a few questions/clarifications for each other, then he asked for 15 minutes to confirm details. He called back 15 minutes later confirming. I jumped in an Uber at 4pm, worked through credit validation on the way down while Nabi and team worked to prep the Q5. Got to the dealership, went through a few details on the vehicle w/ Nabi, then sat down with Joyce to wrap up the finances. Everyone was great to work with, respectful questions back and forth, small amount of negotiating on details, all very appropriate. I'm forgetting the sales managers name, but he was great as well, accommodating where/when possible. All in all, I believe it was.very positive with everyone feeling good about the experience... and I was back home in Mission Viejo by 8pm after picking up dinner for the family on the way back! Not bad for a complex transaction during these Covid 19 times on a Sat afternoon/evening! More

The Quality difference between American and German Audi dealerships is unbelievable and this dealer is a prime example for it. It starts with dealers not replying calls or emails, even a message to the ma dealerships is unbelievable and this dealer is a prime example for it. It starts with dealers not replying calls or emails, even a message to the manager didn’t help. A complete disconnect and no follow up with the internet sales agents adds to it. In addition, Many things spoken about forgotten or simply ignored. Do you know the feeling when you pick up your dream car you always thought about and the dealership tells you it’s in great condition since it’s new? Then on the day you go pick it up and it is dirty and badly detailed? Caps on air vents missing, sticker parts still on the rims, things missing in the trunk, the 12V cap missing? On top of that, and here is where it gets funny: I asked for the 12V cap, the dude told me it’s normal he’ll get me one they have tons. And he comes back with a cheap plastic one that doesn’t even fit right. I couldn’t stop laughing about this. Just to remind you I bought an RS not a standard A model. It’s a great feeling that immediately makes you not want to get the car because the feeling of care for you lacks. Anyways I went ahead, have the car now for 4 days and have to already schedule an appointment because the wheels aren’t balanced properly. And the engine makes funny noises as if the v-belt isn’t working correctly. At this point I don’t recommend going to this dealership, I should have trusted my friends that had prior bad experiences. More

Pleasurable Experience I was very impressed with the level of attentiveness Nabi provided.
