Great dealership, great sales team, great product!! Only thing to watch out for is their $1,000 tracking chip they try to sell in the final minutes of the deal. Also, if your a cash buyer they still run yo thing to watch out for is their $1,000 tracking chip they try to sell in the final minutes of the deal. Also, if your a cash buyer they still run your credit to attempt to sell you a loan. These issues are not due to the sales person or the finance person - this is the general mangers decision on how to run a business (general manager never responded to my email question on the finance portion which negatively impacted my credit). More

Employees are v.courteous, purchase experience itself uneven I have come to this dealership since 2000- 3rd car purchased all from different dealership owners. We keep returning, because of one service manager- I have come to this dealership since 2000- 3rd car purchased all from different dealership owners. We keep returning, because of one service manager- Brett Von Gompel who is outstanding: transparent, clearly explains what needs to be done, delivers best possible customer service; is always pleasant and has kept my A4 avant in great shape despite some serious recall issues. This purchase of the eTron. We proceeded with the purchase of a first year model based on Brett's service experience with the eTron so far. His recommendation provided the comfort level we needed to proceed with the purchase of a new model car, even though we got no customer loyalty discount, no special pricing, a small discount- a huge disappointment- we had checked True car pricing in advance and it looked like we were offered a price about $2.5-3K above local negotiated pricing. I thought about walking out. Nabi, our saleman was nice enough and patient, but did not know specifics about the EV. Fortunately we had done our research online so could proceed with purchase; based on his knowledge of the car "mechanics"alone, i don't think we could have been sufficiently comfortable to buy the car. I had also researched the available inventory online and knew a car that was configured and the color we wanted was in transit to this dealer, so we searched online with Nabi and showed him the car we wanted from his inventory. He worked with his manager to arrange our purchase. Honestly, we could have bought the car online ourselves, we just needed the test drive to convince ourselves that the SUV would not be too awkward -it's big to enjoy driving - we are not SUV people, we prefer wagons (I have an Avant, my husband has a MB wagon- no SUVs). Nabi spent most of our time trying to convince us a lease was better than the all cash sale we wanted, but since we hold cars for many years (7+) the lease was more costly and we had to do the math to SHOW HIM this was the case before we could proceed. a little annoying and not a good use of our time. we wasted quite alot of additional time waiting for the miniimal paperwork needed to secure the care and leave a deposit, but left with the car we wanted (that we had identified before we walked through the door- IF we decided to buy). Nabi was great though about arranging to pick up the car- the car arrived at the dealer just as we were leaving town for a week, so he held the car. Then we had to reschedule pickup twice due to conflicts with work. Nabi was great about this. We were told when we came to pick up the car, that the color we choose was very popular - they could have sold our car 10X and ordered more in that color (the beige). Picking up the car was both the best and the worst experience. Patrick Murray spent literally 2+ hours with Charlie showing him the car features (how it works- this car has alot to learn) and missed the Christmas luncheon during this time. While this was going on, i was literally sitting at Nabi's desk, alone, waiting for the finance guy (there seemed to be only 1) to pay for the car. This was an all cash sale- no leasing, simple. The paperwork could have been readied mostly before we came. This wait was outrageous. If it wasn't for the excellent service we were getting from Patrick (Charlie came in at one point to see if I could join him- he didn't understand the hold up) and my trust in Brett- i honestly would have cancelled the purchase and gone elsewhere. By the end i was annoyed and angry at the treatment I was receiving. every 1/2 hour or so, Nabi would check back and tell me the finance guy was wrapping up - which was not true for 1 hr and 55 minutes. When i finally got to Dan Chapelle's office, a nice enough guy, I had to go through credit checks (I have all the credit agencies frozen)- which meant i had to try to unfreeze experian on the spot- i couldn't, it kept failing, answer these random questions (what cell phone did i have 15 years ago??), etc, while i sat there with my checkbook. Mind you, I have been a customer in good standing at the dealership since 2000- car purchases (all, all cash), service, etc. It took an incredibly long time. And when i got home, I still had to unfreeze one of the credit agency accounts, notify Dan to check my credit (for WHAT?), answer another round of stupid quesitons- these were bit more reasonable,. THEN, i got a form emailed to me abut my credit score of 851, that i had to attest to and sign. RIDICULOUS BUYING EXPERIENCE. This purchase experience was so dreadful, I will think carefully about where i purchase my next car, likely an Audi, but still hopefully bring to Brett for service. Sales experience with the exception of Patrick who is EXCEPTIONAL, an asset to the company, patient and knowledgeable (much like Brett), was awful. More

Excellent Customer Experience I went to over 7 dealerships because I was unsure of what car I truly wanted. Full transparency, Audi’s weren’t on my top 5 list. However, as soon a I went to over 7 dealerships because I was unsure of what car I truly wanted. Full transparency, Audi’s weren’t on my top 5 list. However, as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in, Nabi greeted us and was extremely helpful during the entire visit. He made us feel at ease and welcomed.
