We were shown RAV4s in various beautiful colors, and we chose to obtain a white one. However, we were then informed that the white ones had already been sold. The only option left was to select a blue one. We were a bit surprised and a bit disappointed that our first choice was not available. Other than the limited option in color, we had a pleasant experience as Mr. Mirza provided excellent service. He was very helpful in taking us for a test drive and conveying our questions to his manager. We were pleased to find a salesperson who was so accommodating. In addition, the other members of the staff were also very gracious to us which made our experience a nice one. We will definitely consider Toyota of Naperville in the future. More

I wanted something that would look out for them as I do, so Nadeem showed me the 2017 Rav4 Limited Awd. this car can practically drive itself ! sensors in front, sensors in back, cameras and radars and bluetooth, Oh My ! and since this is my parents 3rd Toyota from Toyota of Naperville. they felt quite familiar in their new Rav4 ! I later walked outside and saw a demo that was the model and color I was looking for. Went back inside and Nadeem gave me the opportunity to test drive it on the local test track and later take it home so that my wife could drive it. Car buying is not one of my favorite past times but Nadeem with his no pressure approach made the process easy and efficient. We also dealt with the sales manager, Peter Murray and the business manager, Gary Jaros. All very professional and helpful with no pressure. If Gary Jaros had any more enthusiasm, it would be scary. Great guy and makes the process more fun. I use this dealership for all of my service needs and their service department has been excellent. Kudos to a well run business with friendly and knowledgeable people! More

I was introduced to several members of the dealership's staff, all very friendly and welcoming. Though I was visiting the sales floor to explore purchase options and learn about the Rav4, I felt comfortable and satisfied leaving with a newer Certified Used vehicle. I was not pushed into the purchase and was even encouraged to look further at options. I appreciated that.
