The testing for the recall was fine but at that time I found out that previous service from a month prior was signed off by a technician but never completed. I am very dissatisfied that the technician was found out that previous service from a month prior was signed off by a technician but never completed. I am very dissatisfied that the technician was not truthful and I wonder what else was not done during that time. More

Husband bought bumper to bumper coverage. When I brought car in for Tim repair. Was told was covered at time of booking. Dropped off at night next morning was called to be told it would Cost When I brought car in for Tim repair. Was told was covered at time of booking. Dropped off at night next morning was called to be told it would Cost over $350 per rim would not be covered. The reason husband bought rim and tire package as well, completely bummed not being truthful// blamed it on “denial of insurance” since it wasn’t cracked.. should of led with that at time of sales ..
