Naimul “Que” fully explained to me the various differences in Mercedes models, continuously answered my questions (some which I repeated) and made several ‘rounds’ back and forth to review various models. After my test drive I was sold (I didn’t tell Que immediately). He encouraged me to try out several options on the vehicle and provided good advice regarding warranty information. Enjoyed his sense of humor, care for his client and prompt follow-up with additional questions after purchase. More

Another thing that I appreciated about Victoria was that she did her best to help me get the car since my husband is deployed and couldn’t be there as well.
