Chuck is professional respectful and does not play negotiation games he actually cares about making the customer happy. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We got a great price a great vehicle and were in and out in no time. He then got us connected with Naiym to facilitate the sale, all I can say is wow what a great experience...Naiym is so pleasant to deal with very friendly efficient doesn't miss a beat. He explained everything to us and made sure that we had an enjoyable transaction. I was so impressed with him. I highly recommend Naiym he does not disappoint.
