Financing was transparent and fast. No surprises, no games. On delivery day, Spencer had the car detailed perfectly, paired my phone, set up my BMW app, and took the time to explain everything again so I felt confident.
What stood out most was the communication. Quick texts, clear updates, and genuine excitement for me getting the car. He represents BMW perfectly.
