Unfortunately, the vehicle best fitting my needs ended up being at a dealer in Fairfax, and even after I told her this she still wanted to help me. She found a similar vehicle on her lot to what I was buying and let me test drive it to save me an extra trip to Virginia. That’s the sort of luxury level customer service I expect from a top tier luxury brand. Despite knowing that she couldn’t make any money off of me, she still went above and beyond to assist me. That speaks volumes to the character of the employee, and the overall integrity of the dealership. When the day comes I can afford a custom factory order new BMW I’ll be back to bmw of Catonsville and hopefully Yulia will still be there. More

When I visited BMW of Catonsville, I was partially convinced I would purchase the vehicle I went to test drive. After reviewing the vehicle features, capability and performance and comparing these alo convinced I would purchase the vehicle I went to test drive. He was very straightforward with what the car offered and what the dealership and BMW experience would offer should I decide to buy the car. Additionally, the finance department knows their stuff! Mark was most helpful in explaining our finance options and helped us to make the decision to purchase the vehicle with financing through the dealership at a better rate than my credit union.
