To be fair the work performed result was satisfying. 5 weeks they had my car. Phone coordination, time it took to perform work was poor at best. Yr dealership has a chat person online that obviously is 5 weeks they had my car. Phone coordination, time it took to perform work was poor at best. Yr dealership has a chat person online that obviously is AI person whose responses don't answer yr questions and the phone number she gives you doesn't work. Im sure yr mechanics are certified and perform their jobs efficiently. The support staff needs alot of attention. And for that reason I will not be doing any more business with yr establishment.
