Nancy in service was amazing and made sure I got taken care of when I had issues with my forward safety system alert always beeping. This dealership and service center were exceptional in supporting me when the recall on the shirt circuit in the antilock brakes problem occurred. They even provided a loaner when I couldn’t put my car in supporting me when the recall on the shirt circuit in the antilock brakes problem occurred. They even provided a loaner when I couldn’t put my car in the garage due to potential fire. Nancy in the service center is exceptional in customer service. For seven years she has been knowledgeable and explained the issues which with the car and after 167,000 miles there were some issues. Sadly after seven years we have traded in the Santa Fe for a Chevrolet Equinkx. With society as it is with teens stealing Hyundai vehicles we didn’t want to be a “Target” even though a push button start is the equipment. Thieves don’t read the fine print. Perhaps in the next few years Hyundai will remedy the theft issue. Thank Hyundai for standing by the car as the Larry Miller dealership in Albuquerque put in a new engine when the engine died on the interstate headed for winter In Arizona.
