I was able to check in this time immediately. My service writer, Nancy was ready for me and was very professional in the way she handled my service issue. I had a recall/software update and they finished t writer, Nancy was ready for me and was very professional in the way she handled my service issue. I had a recall/software update and they finished the job in the time they said they would and did an excellent job in cleaning my vehicle while it was in service. I was also wanting a bid on the vehicle and my salesperson, Josh Thomes, handled it superbly. He reached out to a manager and after the service was finished with my car, the manager took a look at the vehicle , drove it, then gave me a quote, to purchase it from me. I wish to thank all that I worked with that day, they all did an outstanding job on handling my requests. That's why I own three Hyundai, and have them service at Luther Bloomington Hyundai! More

The finance person that completed our paperwork did a good job to show how the lease calculations are actually made. Also some of the computer systems had issues with my address being a half street. I purchased 2017 Hyundsai Santa fe certified from Burnsville Hyundai and my usb 3 wasn’t working. I took it to Luther Bloomington but they wanted to charge me $137 dollar even though my car was certi Burnsville Hyundai and my usb 3 wasn’t working. I took it to Luther Bloomington but they wanted to charge me $137 dollar even though my car was certified and they refuse to give me my keys back until i pay them. I called the Burnsville location and they talked to their manager and in the end they gave me my car back and after 1 day my usb 3 stopped working. This was the worst customer service and experience I’ve ever had and I will never go back to them again. They’re crooks. I was a long term customer and the only reason I went there was it was close to where I live but I will not go back to this location again. More
